Do I have to share my real name and photo?

Most Huddlers opt to use their name and photo for some questions, and choose to ask other questions anonymously - you can decide to ask anonymously on a per-question basis on the site.

We would love for Huddlers to feel safe enough to use their name and photo, but we understand that privacy matters.

Can I just read Q&A from other Huddlers, rather than ask my own questions?

Of course! Some of us have lots of questions that we want and need answers to. Others of us find comfort and relief from reading others’ Q&A.

Engage with One Huddle however is most helpful to you.

On what browsers or devices can I access One Huddle?

One Huddle is a web-based experience, meaning that you can access it from any web browser on any device. We believe it works best on Chrome, Safari, DuckDuckGo and Firefox. If you are encountering any issues with accessing One Huddle, try updating your browser, or email us at hello@onehuddle.com.

Do you have an app I can download?

We are currently building a mobile app, but for now, you can visit One Huddle at onehuddle.app to log in and view expert responses to your questions.

You can also add a website shortcut to your mobile home screen that looks just like an app. qSee instructions for doing so here for Apple/iOS phones and here for Android.

Where will I get notified when my questions are answered?

In our beta version, notifications will be sent to the email with which you log in, so make sure you log in with one you check on a regular basis.  We will be launching an app soon that will allow push notifications to be delivered to your mobile device so you never miss an expert response to your questions!

What do I do if I want to cancel my One Huddle membership?

We of course will be sad to see you go. If there is anything we can do to improve and keep you as part of our community, please let us know; if you’d like to cancel, please email us at  hello@onehuddle.com with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line.
